Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and approved.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be longer. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including a valid address and postcode. A valid email address and telephone contact number are also required.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@chelcova.com.
Where appropriate, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs processing.
Delivery Restrictions
We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipments to certain locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, or prohibited by law.
Split Shipments
Where necessary, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless agreed otherwise before your order is processed.
