Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Please include your name and order number with the return so that we can identify and process it promptly.

For returns where the item is not faulty or damaged, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. This includes returns because the size, fit, colour or style is not suitable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty or damaged, or if Chelcova has sent an item that does not match your order, such as the wrong size, wrong colour or a different product, please contact us so that we can put it right. Chelcova will arrange a return label or reimburse reasonable return postage costs where appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised or custom made items, including garments that have been printed, embroidered or otherwise customised to your requirements, cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or Chelcova has sent an item that does not match your order.

For hygiene reasons, sealed items that are not suitable for return once unsealed cannot be returned after the seal has been broken, where applicable.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour or style, simply return the original item in accordance with our 30 day return policy and place a new order for the replacement item you want.

STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Our 30 day return policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or reduce them. Where applicable, customers buying online may also have a legal right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will check the item and process any refund due to your original payment method within 14 days. Once we have processed the refund, your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.
